GENERAL SHIPPING/ ORDER PROCESS
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00 AM-5:30 PM CST.
Orders placed after 5:30 pm will not be processed until Monday (excluding holidays) Please note that once you place your order it takes our system up to 24 hours to process the actual payment. Then your item is shipped out within 7-10 BUSINESS days from processed payment time (most orders may actually ship before and sooner including expedited orders).
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We thank you for shopping with us. If for some reason you need to return an item, you have 30 Days to return or exchange your order by using our contact form Please Note: All Returns or Exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless Magnolia Kouture Scrubs made an error leading to the customer needing to return items. Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of Magnolia Kouture Scrubs receiving the package. If 10 business days have gone and you haven't received your approved refund, please contact your bank first. After 30 days of delivery of your tracked item, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 10 business days, please contact us at info@magnoliascrubs.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only pay return shipping and replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange items for a different size or color if it is in stock within in 30 days of receipt of tracked items. Customer is responsible for Shipping costs sending items back to warehouse.
Items That Can Not Be Exchanged or Returned
Embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment. Damaged items caused by buyers after inspection including worn/wash, stained, odor (smoke, perfume, etc.) retaining garments are not eligible for refund. Due to health codes, support and fashion hosiery or compression socks may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturers defect.
